The work is carried out at our workshop in Alvaston, Derby — around 30 minutes from Nottingham on the A52. You drop the car off at your booked time and collect it around two hours later.
What does the £229 include?
Fitting your condenser, new seals where required, a full system vacuum, leak test and a complete re-gas with the correct refrigerant (R134a or R1234yf). The condenser part itself is ordered separately from our supplier, typically £60–£150, delivered by DPD the next working day.
How do I know it's the condenser and not something else?
The most common signs are air that is cold for a few weeks after a re-gas then goes warm, oily residue on the front of the condenser, or stone and grit damage to the alloy fins. If you have not had the leak confirmed, a leak test is the sensible first step.
